default.journey

This journey began one day when I realized, like many others, that I reached for my phone before I reached for my coffee. I then began to notice other decisions in my life that needed upgraded and realigned with my core values; to walk instead of sitting inside (usually on an electronic device), to drink water instead of whatever sugary drink was easily available, to smile at my children instead of showing indifference they exist.

These decisions are defaults that we set for ourselves and can be changes with some effort. This is when and why default.life was invented, to update my human operating system with the decision defaults I wanted for my life.
